I don't appreciate the level of customer service that is associated with this company. In the future I would appreciate if they treated their customers in a more professional matter I.E. providing their customers with more notice in regarding to shutting off their power to their clients.

In the future, would advise them to be more transparent with their customer base and provide them with more clear concise information in regards to treating their customers in a more respectful manner.

Every time I have called to make any changes to an account, they have been VERY helpful. I've called to move both residential and commercial services and its always a very easy and straightforward process. Andrea is awesome! Sad to be moving to Grafton and now having to switch over to WE Energies and away from a small town service provider.

Cedarburg Light and Water does an outstanding job managing utility services. Electric power is extremely reliable due to their efforts staying ahead of maintenance and improvements to infrastructure. Regarding water utility: 25+ years living here and I've never been concerned about the water supply. My interactions with staff have all been excellent. They are customer focused!

Disgusted by sudden, and inconsistent, charges on my home's account, and frankly appalled to see such a disservice done to our community.

The social ramifications of being the house without the lights on, due to irratic payment schedules is HUMILIATING. I am embarrassed to even leave my house, knowing that my neighbors view me in a different light... No pun intended...

In reference to previous negative reviews for this company, this disservice needs to be evaluated and corrected IMMEDIATELY.
