We've stayed at Cedarplace for about 5yrs and we've loved every moment of it. Everyone is very nice and friendly. All the amenities they provide are great especially the car washing station. Thank you for all the years!

I've lived here for coming up on a year, and it's a wonderful community of friendly people! The property manager Michele is so responsive and helpful, and Tony on the maintenance team is hardworking and kind. The grounds are kept so clean (summer & winter time), and it's SO nice to have a pool/club house/gym on-site. I absolutely love living here, and I would strongly recommend Cedar Place Apartments to anyone.

Love these apartments! My husband and I have lived here for over 2 years and couldn’t be more pleased! We have been very impressed with how quick and efficient the staff is with maintenance(we haven’t had many problems but when we did, they were minuscule). The lay out of the apartments are superb, very spacious, love all the storage and closet space and the apartments overall are well built! We rarely hear our neighbors too which is a plus! The owners and the staff members are also very thoughtful! They have hosted many parties through out the year for the tenants, have brought in coffee trucks, donuts, ice cream trucks and many others for us to enjoy! We highly recommend:)

We have lived at Cedar Place Apartments for over a year and a half now. I don’t think we could be MORE pleased with these apartments. The location is amazing, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They even have complimentary coffee trucks that have come some Saturday’s since living here - never heard of an apartment complex doing that! They leave gifts at our door on holidays, they have a great workout area & pool. They even are planning to install a car wash station. If we need maintenance, it’s always done day of request. We are so pleased with living here, we have said multiple times that we would be interested in purchasing our apartment if that was an option.

High quality finish in the apartment, kitchen is bigger than my old home with modern appliances, counter tops are lovely, bathrooms are perfectly sized, and the staff is over the top awesome! I looked around a lot, and SO glad I found Cedar Place. Oh, and the pool, community (party) room, and workout room are all fantastic.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Before I moved in, I was told I was the very first tenant in the unit, and they were just finishing up a few things. However, when I moved in there was a cutting board in the dishwasher, scratches all over their cheap laminate floors, and a huge crack across the entire bowl in the bathroom sink. My ring doorbell wasn’t working and they didn’t fix it for months into my lease.. the old owner hadn’t disconnected their device and they ended up having to put in a new one. This area is very noisy as there are a ton of little kids, unsupervised, ripping around on their bikes and toys out in other people’s grass and the parking lots. Out of all the apartments I have rented and the landlords I have had over the years, I have always gotten my security deposit back. This place will rip you off. No matter how clean you leave it, they charge you hundreds of dollars in cleaning fees. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

We toured the units a few weeks ago, and fell in love with them. From what we could tell from our tour, everything is quality construction (thick/sound-proof walls, cabinets, doors and flooring). TONS of storage and a great open layout. All of our questions have been answered promptly and efficiently during this process and management has been very accommodating. Can't wait to move in!
