I worked with Rejeana Palma! She helped us not only buy our dream home but also helped us sell our first one! Tough process for sure, but she really helped so so much along the way! Pam Fazzini is the best realtor you could ask for! She helped us find a home and then sold it for us later. She was knowledgeable about the area and the process. Always a quick response from her and she was very reliable. If you’re looking to buy or sell, definitely go with Pam.

I have no experience with Cedar One. However, I do know a certain realtor that used to work for Harvey Goodmen Realty now works here.

Cedar One may be great, I don’t know!

But if you’re being represented by Sonia Ciafardone, then run away, get a new realtor, or have a lot of money set aside for future repairs. Her commission is so much more important than your investment.

If you’re a Veteran, and Mr. Guy out of Wheeling does your VA appraisal, then please make sure you also get an independent 3rd party inspection. Sonia will tell you that you really don’t need an inspection it the VA does it, but you do. You really do. And you should.

I wouldn’t buy a candy bar out of a vending machine if I knew two other would also fall free if Sonia recommended to do so.

But, hey, we all got our opinions. My opinion of Sonia just bought me a Money Pit.
