I have used CAS Building Specialists for multiple projects ranging in size from single-family dwellings to larger-scale multifamily apartment complexes and commercial projects alike. My projects have consisted of entire building renovations, common areas restoration and remodeling, full exterior renovations and waterproofing, pools, decks, patios, bathrooms, kitchens and everything in-between.
I can say that I have not worked with a more honest contractor in my 20+ years in the business. CAS's team was always punctual, transparent, candid, and fair across the board on all accounts. Immensely pleased with everyone at CAS, I cannot say enough good things. Good communication is key to me, and it was crystal! No confusion on time frames or costs at all, and very professional men working. I only had a small project to refurbish and provide some touch ups for a few of my units and the work was very well done. I will be coming back in the future if anything pops up. Thank you so much!
