I've used CAR Built Construction for all my home renovation needs for the past 3 years. Most recently they redid my primary bathroom and flooring throughout my whole house. See pics, it came out GORGEOUS! He also replaced our tankless water heater, got my previous house ready to sell, and nearly rebuilt my old house in Yuba City. I love working with Carlos because I can trust him with my home. He's detail-oriented, conscientious, easy to work with and does an impeccable job. Anyone claiming he's difficult or lacking in follow through should look in the mirror--Carlos is not the problem.

Carlos does fantastic work and delivers exactly what you ask for. Our recent bathroom remodel had a few unique challenges due to the previous layout. Carlos did a great job coming up with solutions that greatly enhanced the end result. We already have him booked for another project in the new year!

DO NOT HIRE! They will not come back to fix anything done wrong! We had them put in the kitchen cabinets and because the floors were not in yet, they were to come back and finish the baseboards and the panel to enclosed the refrigerator. When time came to install the fridge we realized they left out a spacer in the design and the opening is too small to fit our fridge I texted Carlos, the owner, several times (same number we used in the past) and he didn't respond. It has been over a year that I have been trying to get them to fix it so we can complete our kitchen and can not get them to come back to fix their mistake. I would say that if you want it done right and want your work completed, find someone else to do the work. I would give them no stars if it were possible.

Carlos and his guys are the best. He gave me a quote, beat roofing companies on price, had me on the schedule within the week, and was somehow able to get the entire roof and gutters replaced in only TWO DAYS!!! They were quick, efficient, and cleaned up after the job was done and offered to do a walkthrough before even taking my money! He’s communicated when he was dropping off when he came to measure and drop off supplies, gave me so many options, and ensured we were happy with his team and the work done.

His patience and his active listening to your needs/wishes makes him standout from the competition. The ultimate pleaser is that CAR Built Construction is reasonable priced no gouging and still produces a high quality prduct.
