My first issue is the bedside manner. This man was in and out of the exam room in under 5 minutes. I waited almost a year for the appointment and I was so angry that I just left the office without speaking to a nurse for a folllw up appointment. Mind you, my co pay is $25. That may not seem like a lot of money but to drive across town for something he could have told me over the phone is crazy! I didn’t get ANY helpful information or tips regarding my situation instead was told that I am to have a biopsy performed. He explained the biopsy as quickly and terrifyingly as possible! He didn't address my blood presssure, my labs, my lifestyle, etc NOTHING! I get a call from him office to schedule an ultrasound WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED AFTER OUR FIRST VISIT IN FEB 2022. This is my first time having to have a nephrologist and it’s been an endless struggle that doesn’t produce anything but EXPENSIVE labs. If you are referred to his office, do yourself a favor and check your provider directory for other nephrologists then research them as much as possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANY ONE!

I was not very impressed with Dr. Ram. My primary dr. requested a referral appointment in April. By the end of May, his office still hadn't called me, so my dr. sent another referral. I had an appointment in June and they lost my paperwork. Rescheduled for August and Dr. never showed up for appointment. Finally saw him in September, 5 months later, and he was obsessed with asking me questions about drinking alcohol. I kept telling him "no". You can imagine how surprised to see on my permanent medical records that he listed I have 4 drinks a day.

He is a liar!! His office staff is unprofessional. I am now trying to get my records corrected. Do not waste your time with this office. Unfortunately he seems to be the only Nephrologist in town so I will be going out of the area for medical treatment.

My experience in Dr. Rams office on the morning of 8-14-14 was very unpleasant. I found him to be insulting, rude, and extremely negative about my recovery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
