Caliber recently completed the construction of our custom home, and we are thankful to have chosen them for our project. Starting with Brad, the company embodies quality, and this guided them through the numerous decisions that needed to be made. They work with highly skilled subs that again embody quality. Probably the most important aspect of our relationship with Caliber, and why we would seek to work with them again in the future, is their approach to solving unforeseen problems. Of course these come up, and it is here that Caliber really shines. They focus on the solution, quickly explain options, and place quality as the priority. It was a great decision to work with Caliber, and we can't recommend them more.

Caliber Construction does awesome work. They rebuilt almost our entire Cherry Hills Village house after a disastrous flood last winter. Caliber provided accurate cost estimates, and had great subcontractors who performed excellent quality work, especially carpenter Jeremy. They excel at communication, which was refreshing. They were also able to identify some small details that we had overlooked and call our attention to them, to help us fix things in advance that would've been problems later. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

You better hope that Caliber does not build a house next to you. The construction part was bad enough (nails all over my lawn). I have legal fees because they put foliage and underground sprinklers on my property. Their same landscaper put pea gravel to support the drop-off that they created next to my sidewalk and porch even though I said it would not work and now I have to replace my sidewalk and build a small retaining wall.
They ruined and replaced a piece of my sidewalk (different area) but instead of joining it properly they shoved and inch wide seam of caulking across the diameter of the sidewalk. The caulking is falling apart.
Caliber made plenty of money and I am left with bills.
I hope that you don't experience the same.

Caliber Construction built my parents home in the LoHi neighborhood in 2013. It was such an pleasure to work with Brad and the whole experience was a blast! My husband and I also purchased a Caliber home and lived there for 6 years. It was a beautifully designed home in a great location. We loved it! Brad and his team are so wonderful to work with!!
