We couldn’t be happier with the incredible transformation Cain Construction brought to our backyard!

After a terrible experience with another company (Sam The Concrete Man) that left us with cracked concrete, incorrect finish, and poorly executed work, we were desperate to find someone who could fix the mess. Enter Sam Cain and his team—they were a game-changer.

Cain Construction's honesty and professionalism gave us the confidence to move forward with them, the scope included demolishing the failed concrete and installing a new "sanded finish" back deck, garage walkway with 'floating steps', and a garage connected sidewalk.

The results are stunning! The deck is rock-solid, beautifully crafted, and perfect for hosting. The 'floating steps' walkway adds elegance to our outdoor space, and the sidewalk is flawless. The attention to detail, communication, and dedication to quality were outstanding throughout the process.

Cain Construction poured our backyard, sidewalk and driveway. Their team did a fantastic job. Hard workers and very dedicated. In fact, our supervisor on the job along with Sam Cain helped in troweling the concrete to stay in front of the set up on pour day. Not often do you see Supervisors, let alone the owner, get their hands dirty. They never thought twice about helping out. The job turned out beautiful! We did have some issues with a little pigment discoloration; however, they came back and totally recolored the entire backyard with no questions asked. This company with their values and dedication are awesome. Thank you, Cain Construction!

As a luxury builder, we cannot settle for anything less than perfection. Sam and the guys at Cain do not disappoint. Their attention to detail is unmatched. They are extremely thorough and professional, safe, and respectful. They do all the little things right, like cleaning up after themselves, and making sure they leave no trace. Communication is great, pricing is straightforward, and I know that no corner was cut in making sure the job was well done. I will say that they're not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for, and these guys are worth every penny.

I have used Cain Construction for several years. Mike and I have worked together on several projects. Since Sam has taken over, the quality of the work has remained the same. Only complaint I have is that Sam has a lot of work to do on taking care of problems without blaming others. A lack of maturity is quite evident. A problem was taken care of but his insistence of others helping share the cost was quite unprofessional and childish. No sure if I will use them again. Fred Husek
