C&C Homes built our custom home in 2021 and we couldn't be happier. Ryan and Raydale are amazing and our project manager Stephen was a delight. From helping us find the lot to build on, to designing the floor plan, to helping us pick out all the finishings we felt such a huge project could not have gone better. What could have been overwhelming was an absolute joy. We also just love the quality and creativity they put into the build. I would highly recommend considering C&C for your next build or even buying one of their spec homes as they truly are the Tampa Bay areas best custom builder - both in quality and customer service!

This entire team has been really awesome to work with! We spoke with a few different builders in St. Pete and ultimately decided to move forward with C&C for our custom home. We are so happy we chose C&C. From the get go, the communication, attention to detail and customer experience were next level. The attention to detail is unprecedented - these guys really go above and beyond. Our home turned out more beautiful than we ever could've imagined. They took our wish list and design ideas and fully executed - above and beyond. We couldn't have gone through this process with a better group of people. We are extremely grateful to have worked with Ryan, Ray, Stephen, Keeley and Amanda. I cant imagine better communication through a building process than what we received from this team. Everyone cares and stays engaged throughout the build. From the project manager giving us daily updates and dealing with many last minute changes along the way, to the designer helping us make decisions on all the details and at all hours of the night..
If you are looking for a high quality build with some cool peeps with good style look no further.

There aren’t enough good words to say about this crew, so I’ll leave it at PERFECTION. Ryan was dialed in to the vision of the home and did not disappoint with the final product. Our project managers, Eric and Stephen defined service and anything we had pop in our mind they made happen. They catered every request we had without a single hiccup along the way. Their attention to detail is incredible, the quality of this home is incredible, everything is incredible. Could not recommend this team enough for any of your future builds.

C&C built our custom home and were wonderful to work with from day 1. They listened to what we wanted in a home, made thoughtful suggestions, and designed the perfect home for our family. During the build they were responsive with questions and inquiries, always kept their word on timing and price, and kept a very clean and organized job site. All of their employees and contractors were a joy to work with and made a stressful process extremely enjoyable. I cannot recommend C&C enough if you are looking to build a custom home with a builder that will listen to what you want and build a very high quality home.

Ray and Ryan have been so fabulous to work with and have created a very unique brand in the Tampa area. As a real estate agent I see some not-so-great new construction companies — C&C is highly communicative with both agents and clients, and put out a product with amazing quality, nothing cookie cutter. I was so surprised at the swiftness of responses and the attention to detail. Re timing, due to the pandemic, they have been ordering materials and making plans far in advance so there are no delays in the process. I have another client who is currently at least 3 months behind with another builder because materials have been discontinued or backordered, not the case with C&C. Would highly recommend them to any future clients looking for a truly custom home in Tampa Bay.

C&C Quality homes was amazing to work with for our custom home build. They provide outstanding customer service, professional communication, and are diligent in communicating every step of the way. Building a custom home can be stressful, but they made the process enjoyable and exciting. The craftsmanship of their work is second to none. We received multiple compliments from surveyors and non affiliated subs on the quality of the work being done on our home. I also greatly appreciate their dedication to work that fits the neighborhood and style of the community. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to do new construction, remodels, and renovations.

The team at C&C Homes is a joy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone. From the design process to completion they listened to our wants and desires for our new home and delivered. They are responsive, empathetic and competent. Their attention to detail and desire to make sure the project meets and exceeds expectations is unmatched.
