I had high expectations of this outfit. I’ve heard for others that they do good work. Their customer service sucks tho, I must say. Maybe my small fab request was too insignificant to trump even an estimate. I called looking for fender wells to be rolled for my welding truck bed build. Was told I’d have an emailed estimate within an hr. Fast forward four hours still nothing… I called back and was directed by the kind office lady back to the fab manager I talked with originally to see what the deal was. I was told that they are busy, which is fine, but was told yet again in an hr I’d have a call back with my estimate. Manager didn’t even take my phone number or name. If y’all don’t want business, say you’re too busy and customers will kindly move on to another outfit.
