On Monday, I had a 400 appointment and at 415 when no one showed up i called . The receptionist was very kind and tracked down the person who was supposed to be here. He called and apologized, he had gotten delayed on a job with an equipment breakdown. I get it. Things happen. But, call! Furthermore, he has not called to reschedule. And now, Thursday, its too late. Ill look elsewhere.

The spray foam insulation is heavier in some places than others. There was a mixup in scheduling - Only one tech was available from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM when the job should have been done by 3:00 PM. Job was not completed until at least 8:00 PM. Due to the late hour, there was no cleanup done and the fixing of a detached vent in my attic was also not addressed at that time. With having two pets and a sickly person living in the house, I could not leave the mess for them to return. I spent an hour-and-a-half the next day, after returning from our hotel stay to avoid any fumes, cleaning up the debris left in the basement leading up to my first floor and out the door. One of their trucks, while parked in my driveway, spewed brake line fluid (or something) on to it. I informed the company of all of this. No "thank you" or compensation for cleaning up the mess - No resolution regarding driveway stain. Taylor, the sole Technician on the job up until 5:00 PM, was excellent - Very polite and courteous. I was quite upset that no compensation was offered for the cleanup work "I" had to do .. Haven't heard a word back from them regarding the driveway stain. Having retired from over 20+ years in Customer Service, I would have to say this company is completing lacking in this regard.

Made an appointment for an estimate at 1pm and they called me 1/2 hour prior telling me they were not going to make it. I could’ve found a better way to enjoy this nice fall day.
