All I can say is wow! Cody and Joe came by to inspect my roof, identified storm damage. Looked through my insurance plan, we filed a claim, a week later my State Farm Insurance Adjuster came out with Cody and Joe to verify finding's and then State Farm offered a full replacement. Few days later the full roof was replaced. Their knowledge on each step was incredible, they walked me through the process and made what would have been a dreaded experience, an easy experience! Customer service at its peak! I came home from my fire station this morning to a finished roof and it looks amazing! On a side note, my wife was home alone the first time they came by and I was extremely impressed at the level of respect and space they gave her such as stepping far back from the door so they didn’t appear threatening, using great manners etc.(it takes a lot for my wife to be comfortable with people we don’t know coming by the house). Every step of this process was professional. Thank You Cody and Joe and thank you Build-Tek Construction for a job well done!!

I researched for days and nights trying to find THE BEST deck builder to build our new deck. I am so happy we chose Build-Tek. Aaron Marbut (co-owner) is one of the nicest, most honest, and up front guys you’ll ever meet! The deck builders (Joe, Jeremy, Juan, Tyler and yes Aaron too) worked their butts off. They were a fun group of guys to have around the house these past few weeks. The build quality is outstanding! We are extremely pleased with how everything turned out! We had a storm which included 9+ inch downpour of rain in just a few hours, and quite a bit of hail and high winds. After researching and discovering that our next door neighbors at the other end of our lake had the same issues, and had hired Build-Tek, I was able to see that process. Being impressed, I also hired them. Their coordinator, Justin Huff, worked well with our insurance adjuster, then handling the scheduling of the trades and communications with me. Once scheduled, and materials available, work started quickly. The roofing crew started at 6 am on their day and by 6 pm, our house and two out buildings had been stripped, new roofs on, thorough clean up performed, and job completed. The work was top quality and I was kept informed of progress all throughout. Then came all new gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards. The gutter crew also thorough, professional, and quality work completed and clean-up on schedule. Jeremy, the carpenter, was awesome. We had to have our deck rebuilt some and he did a fantastic job. He matched my original railings perfectly. It's like we have a new home, and it's beautiful. Plus, we got 50 year shingles which withstand 130 mph. We are very pleased.

Cody Smith did a great job on our gutter repairs. You’d expect the builder to install splash guards to prevent drainage problems on a new build. Ours did not! Cody put us on the schedule within a couple of days from the initial consultation and did a great job solving the issues to allow our gutters to work properly. He also installed a new downspout. I recommend him without hesitation.

Aaron was super easy to get in touch with and had a crew out for an estimate the very same day.
Joey and Justin were very down to earth and easy to talk to. They helped us navigate insurance tremendously (and we didn't have the easiest time with that, they worked their tail off to get what we needed), they made sure we were happy every step of the way, if anything changed they were quick to communicate with us, and our roof looks amazing!
This isn't even mentioning that they also have connections to help us get a few trees removed as well, so we were about to get everything we needed done with one phone call!
