Hey executives at Building Connected:
Where’s your support for your customers? No phone number, no chat, no email. Support just doesn’t exist!
I left a electrical contracting company over a year ago, and I cannot get my profile removed. I get phone calls weekly from GCs asking why I’m not responding to their emails through Building Connected. Out of total frustration I’m leaving you a 1 star review in Google, because there is zero ways to reach you, to get my profile removed!!!!!!!!!!!

Back to the Future! Rediscover the early 1990's internet with BuildingConnected. Crashing, blank pages, hourglass spinning endlessly, lagging, glitches to name a few of the experiences! Improvements? Apparently not!

this company has come up with a questioneer that wants to know all of, what I consider, to be closely held information. they are selling it to their GC suscribers and they are wanting subs to fill it out. It takes a couple of hours to do, having numerous classifications that take time, which in this day and age, I don't have to waste with their intrusion into my business. If I have to qualify to bid projects by having a license, insurance, and sufficient personell to do a job, that I will do, but I get this from people that I have no communication from wanting this thing filled out. If I have to submit this to work for anyone, you can keep your freaking job and take me off Building Connected customer base.

For paying well over $4,000 CDN this program totally SUCKS. You figure it would offer more user friendly options but doesn't. It's 2023 and they still don't have a mobile app? The only good thing this helps me with is managing a schedule on tender deadlines, follow-ups and being able to forward a tender I receive through email. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR MARKETING THAT IT FINDS OTHER GCS BIDDING!!! It only finds it if that other GC is posting it on the program. It has its pros and cons but for the money it could be so much better...you think AUTODESK would have transformed it into something so much better.

I have been using BuildingConnected for 3 months now from an account created by a former employee and have had issues with the service. 3 times we have requested support and have received nothing back. I messaged them about paying for the upgraded service, and have gotten no response in 3 weeks. I ran a demo of their Bid Board Pro, assuming that someone would reach out to try and get the upsale when the demo ended. Still nothing. Now they have locked the takeoff function without Pro, and there is nowhere to just pay for the service on the site. How ridiculous is this that I cannot get someone to take our money. I am literally over here performing like a bear on a unicycle just to pay them and can't get their attention.

Very disappointed and It’s hilarious that I can’t even get a call back to set up an appointment to schedule a demo! I use the app and thought I would look into a possible upgrade. After 3 attempts on my computer to schedule I finally had a scheduled demo and the training person never got on the call!! Why is there no phone number? I want to speak to the owner at this point because I’m pissed!!

Where is their telephone number so that we can get help on bidding? This is not user friendly. Even when I can get into a file to bid with 2154 pages, it doesn't tell me which page to look for to see who needs my product. A simple category for paint spec'd could take 4-5 hours to find. And again, no phone number to call for assistance. Working directly with the contractors works better for us.

No phone number provided to contact BuildingConnected and no response to submitted email. Have lots of questions and would like to subscribe to the service, but won't because of poor customer service.
