Buff Creek Concepts did a total remodel of my kitchen. I decided to gut the entire room and replace everything along with window replacements and flooring. Their knowledge of products helped me to make good decisions along the way. As a result of my satisfaction with their work, I also had them remodel my garage for efficiency along with replacing the concrete driveway. I would definitely recommend them.

I own the building on their website, i.e. the red and white building. Buff Creek's big selling point was their superior cement work, which is far from true from my experience. When they poured the cement for the floor there were/are three depression areas where water pools. That was definitely noticeable during construction when it rained prior to the roof being put on. No big deal, right? Once the roof was on and rain/water no longer gets into the building, then the pooling wouldn't be an issue any longer. Well, the floor slopes in from the big garage door so every time it rains the water flows into the garage and pools on the floor. This happens almost every time it rains. And, since the boards in the inside of the building are not treated and the bottoms of some boards get wet every time this happens, there will no doubt be structural issues at some point when the boards rot.

I've attached a pic of the floor after a rain. The water comes in under/around the big door and the framing 2x4's along the side of the door, which are untreated, get wet where they meet the cement.
