Very pleased with the outstanding service provided by Buesing & Associates. We had plans to have a fence installed and wanted to ensure we knew where all 4 property pins were located prior to installation. We called around and received estimates from other companies. Buesing & Associates came in as the winner by a landslide! Terry took time to thoroughly explain their 3 step process which this process makes total sense. Why pay for an entire land survey to be done when all that is needed is finding the locations of property pins?! Within a couple days of signing the service contract, Jeff, along with his two assistants came out and located all four property pins in less than 30 minutes, marking them with wooden stakes. Jeff then took extra time to answer all our questions completely. We highly recommend Buesing & Associates as your first choice!

Wanted my property corners marked so I can put up a fence but didn't want to get to deep in price if it was going to be bad. So I talked to Terry who told me it's a three step process and we would talk though all the steps before moving forward. So they do it with no talk of moving on too the next step or being detailed about the work. So I get a bill that was must higher because they did work without asking and they admit they didn't ask just assumed how far I wanted to go. They then basically said oops and I'm stuck paying for work I didn't ask for. So in short be very careful with this company and stay in constant communication or you might get a large surprise bill that they will stick you with even if it's there fault.
