I had an excellent experience with BSquared Roofing from the bid process to project completion. Roof replacement (underlayment) was a project that I dreaded, but Brendan and the skilled crew showed attention to detail and cleaned up at the end of each workday. The result was a really good-looking, fully-repaired red tile roof. Pricing was competitive and you don't pay for television commercials! Highly recommend!

Woodpeckers had damaged the foam on my roof and we were concerned about the monsoon season causing massive damage. I looked for someone close with great reviews. Brendan reached out to quote me the same day. By the next week his crew had cleaned, repaired and resealed my entire roof in one day. They did an exceptional job and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

I called Brendan after getting his info from google and he was able to fit me in and quote me same day. He came when he said he would and gave us a very reasonable price. We had 2 other quotes and he was very informative of what he was going to do to the roof and was able to beat our other 2 quotes. He then came the very next day to seal our roof (we have a foam roof) with his crew and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend!
