Definitely a five star rating for BS&E Rentals recently rented a trailer trailer didn’t function properly went in the next day talk to the boss was very apologetic for us having problems with the trailer took very good care of me gave me a huge discount on the cost of the trailer couldn’t ask for better customer service just wanted to say thank you to this company for taking care of us in this situation. I’m the owner of a company myself and I know how important good customer service Is which will always make a customer return so much appreciated to BS&E rentals of Visalia.

Have rented here several times. I'm pretty sure it's well know that their equipment is pretty run down but always has worked when I've used it. Staff seems to lack customer service on previous visits but nothing to get worked up about. Leaving this one star review because I called in 20 min before closing and was told that I would be able to rent an item if I arrived 10 min before closing. I immediately started driving over there. Showed up literally one minute late, still with 9 min before closing and they refused to rent to me saying they had already shut down their systems. My simple question for their management is this, why state you are open until a certain time if you refuse to serve your customers until that time? Seems like false advertising at worst and just plain lazy at best. Suffice it to say I won't be a customer there again.

Don't rent from BSE rents in visalia ca. They will overcharge you and refuse to reimburse you for there mistake. The manager in very rude and unprofessional. I was overcharge $133.00 for being 2 hours late. They refused to prorate the charges to hourly rate as there contract states and was instead charged for a full day extra

They gave me the wrong tow straps and I was unable to even get a refund after having my car roll off the car dolly. Don't trust this terrible place at all!
