My septic developed a clog & backed up into my basement (3 years ago) The company that inspected & pumped my septic 4 months beforehand were too busy to help me. So, I called a reputable plumbing service who referred me to Doug. He came out within an hour of my call. He did a great job, and I was very impressed with him & his pricing. I definitely reccomend him.

This family owned business is amazing!
We highly recommend them. They came for an emergency call and just offerred to come right away. Thank goodness because we had some pipe blockage on and off again for months. Two other plumbers came and only partially fixed it. Bruder's sewer came and fixed it completely. They were so responsive and reasonably priced we couldn't believe it. They are the type of people who stay until they get the job done. Without them we would have had no shower, no bathroom and no water usage at all. It was late at night and they stayed for 3 hours and yet they were still cheaper than the others we called before. We will never use anyone else as long as they are around! We cannot thank them enough for helping our family.

Bob came to our rescue the very day that our water heater broke. He stayed late and has even come back to make sure that the job is done and is done right. He is very nice and I would trust him with my future repairs or maintenance. He is very trustworthy. The price for the work is very reasonable!

Had emergency issue where our pipes got badly clogged and water was backing up in bathtubs and showers. Came out at 10:30 PM and stayed until midnight to get everything running smoothly again. Just very grateful and he went above and beyond. Still incredibly reasonable price as well. So very happy.

We contacted Bruders for cleaning out a pipe. He stated he would try and get there that afternoon so we waited around the house. He never showed or called to let us know he wouldn’t be able to get there that day. We called him the next morning and he said again he would try and get there that day. Never showed again and no call. Finally got him to say he would make us his first appointment today at 8am. Once again no show and no call. I am not sure why this business doesn’t believe in showing up or calling to let people know they aren’t coming. People have other things to do than sit around the house all day waiting to see if you decide to show up.

These guys are amazing I called at 430 pm tonight with an issue with my toilet not flushing properly and that I needed someone out to my house tonight for my wife could do her job tomorrow, and he said that it wouldn't be an issue and he would be out tonight no questions asked. He made it here by 8 pm and took him an hour and he jetted my pipes and my toilet flushes like new. I would recommend this guy to everyone and anyone that has issues with drian. Amazing to work with kind and professional and great on price. I couldn't have found anyone better to do this job as quick and time manerly thank you guys so much.

I first called about septic backing up in my basement. He was able to come the next day to jet the lines, which he did. And discovered there was a section of pipe either broken or missing, and my concrete floor would need to be opened to get to the problem. After the initial visit, he was consistently late for further appointments. Then he subcontracted out someone else to do the patch job after the pipe was fixed, and that man was completely unprofessional! Not only did he need bring appropriate supplies, he helped himself to MY tools without asking and made a complete mess of the entire basement. He then had random people come and visit him and sit in my driveway while he was supposed to be finishing the job. I complained to the owner who said he would come finish the job himself and haul away the rubble. It took several attempts and a LOT of waiting for that to be finished. After about a week, the new concrete cracked and you can feel it shift beneath your feet. I made contact with the owner several times to have him fix this, and he never showed each time. I would ask him to finish the job, and I would hear his hard luck story of how he works 530am- 11pm EVERYDAY and cant get caught up. He finally stopped responding to any of my messages and never came back to fix the concrete or the leak in the pipe he didnt fully tighten. Never again.
