Nice, quiet neighborhood of new homes. We are very pleased with our new home. There has been a great follow up on after purchase issues. This company has responded quickly and efficiently to any questions or concerns we may have had with the construction and operation of all the systems in our home. We bought house last year in April. Experienced Very bad, rude, unprofessional dealing with them. They installed stuff very cheap, not durable. It’s difficult to mention here each request how they completed. They don’t listen customer’s demand, do where they can save money. For the satisfaction they will send person to check the issue and don’t repair it. And then email us that this is right installed and they are going to close this issue. Even KB home is better than them. I bought my previous house from KB home and compared there services and installed items . I regret . Just think twice when you buy home with this builder. Good luck

We bought a home in this area and Courtney and Bernard were very helpful, although the customer service representative LAUREN LUNA/NICOLOSI, is very unprofessional. I’m talking rude and she keeps changing appointment times. This is due to problems with the home/urgent matters that need attention from the builders. If you have her as the representative, be wary that she does not give timely notice and some of her emails are very passive aggressive.

Horrible buying experience. Very unprofessional. Misrepresentation, lack of communication and knowledge.

6 months past close of escrow and there’s a plumbing leak from the second floor leaving a huge puddle on the floor in the garage. Contacted them Friday, was told they would be out monday, took off work, they’re not coming until Tuesday to do an “assessment” and then will probably need a 3rd day off…

Buyers beware.
