We bought our property because of the nearly 100 year old barn. It needed a lot of attention and we just had to save it. If you're looking to save your old barn we would highly recommend a metal roof from Bristlin. The old barn might be solid but there's nothing quite square anymore, Bristlin were able to make the metal roof look perfect. Great to work with a fair price, done quick!

We redid our roof and went from shingles to metal panels and put in ice retention/ice guards and it is a game changer. No longer have issues with snow buildup and ice dams. We also redid the gutters and no longer have issues with water gathering along the foundation of our house and backing up behind our hardy board wall panels on the outside of the house. We also rebuilt our deck and did custom metal wrap work around the trim and framing posts.

Bristlin reshingled my gambrel roof in one day! ( It looks like a barn, and I wasn't going up there) On top of that, they did the garage roof in the same day. I have a one car attached garage with a flat roof that was leaking for a while and we agreed it was best to start over with it. They tore out the entire garage roof structure and reframed it and put in a rubber roof, all in the same day! They made it look really nice with the metal trim on the edges. I wish I would not have waited. Honestly, their price was cheaper than the 2 other companies that actually returned my phone calls and came out to look at it. This was a few years ago now and haven't had any problems with leaks or anything. I seen they must have an office across from the hardware store in Balsam and made me think to write a review. It was so easy to get the work done and I appreciate the service from a local company.
