The electrician arrived on time and completed the job in an exemplary manner. The cost was reasonable and the electrician explained everything to me. Will definitely use Brickley again!

I would not recommend this company unless you want to be scammed. Shady business practices. Arrived at 10:30, left around 5:30. That’s 7 hours. 3 hours of that time spent going to Lowes (24 minutes away). Final bill was 10.5 hours. Get this, they charge over time after 8 hours(they never disclosed), which they weren’t even here for. That’s $675 for 2.5 hours of “overtime” that never happened. Final bill was $2100 for 4 hours at my place and 3 hours at lowes (billed as 10.5 hours).
4 caps on some plumbing, connecting the drain and two water pipes on a bathroom vanity, and installing a filtration system in the bathroom all for $2,100. The crazy part is they didn’t even do the job properly. My bathroom is flooded. 3 of their connections were leaking! To make matters worse I had to hire another plumber to fix their mistakes, leading to further frustration!

Call this company if you want to be robbed. I will be reporting them to the BBB and contractors board. I’m going to pursue every legal action available to hold these crooks accountable.

I wish I would have checked the reviews prior to having this company do work. They were the only company who responded to me in a timely manner. Had I of checked the reviews I would have seen others have had these problems and their owner gave them a 5 star review. HOW RIDICULOUS!

I would not recommend this company. Poor business practices and bate and switch proposals. Although service was prompt, I personally had to correct issues they missed during their repairs and was charged for every call related to the original job proposal. Not to mention that Bricklee charges more than anyone else I called in the area.

Horrible service. Overpriced. Does not guarantee their work. Plumbing leaks, garbage disposal installed incorrectly, billed for fixing THEIR MISTAKES. Condescending Teresa, office manager, needs to retire. Period.

I can't speak to the work this company does. However, as somebody who was trapped in a Walmart parking spot because of one of their trucks being parked in just such a way I couldn't back out and then had to put my toddler in the car from the opposite side then wait 10 minutes for the guy parked in front of me to leave so I could drive through and get out. It is a miracle that there was no damage to my car. So going by their parking habits I wouldn't let them touch my house. Much less park in my driveway.

Absolutely pathetic. I was charged $310 and they didn't try to fix the problem. They are a pitiful excuse for a business . I was hung up on when I tried to get the problem resolved. Hope they see this and I hope everybody can see how pathetic they are.
