We had our furnace cleaned and tuned-up today by Roman, a technician from Brewer Heating. We were so impressed! He was attentive to detail, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and explained everything he was doing. He was very informative and had a great work ethic. We were so impressed we requested to have Roman continue to service our furnace and AC in the future. In addition, Mackenzie, who answers the phone, does an amazing job as well. She is helpful, professional, and takes the time needed to explain everything. We are very happy with the service Brewer provides.

Always excellent customer service. Called right at the end of the work day, as we just got home and the furnace was out. Brendan was here in less than 15 minutes, and had us up and warm in about half an hour. All techs are pleasant and easy to work with. They go above and beyond!

Brendan was very good solving our heating issue. He was efficient and went the extra mile to make sure we were warm again. He explained to us how to maintain; he was just great! Our first experience with Brewer Heating was wonderful. Office staff were very helpful as well.
