My mother in law entrusted this company to fix the structure of her basement and had issues throughout the entire process. After scheduling a start date, nothing was started for a full year due to many excuses.

After the work was completed, many issues ensued, mainly leaks in the concrete. My Mother made many attempts to contact representatives to help her with her issue, but no one returned her phone call. Until months later, when she was visiting her grandchildren, and then the representative felt the need to leave a nasty message.

The message was berating and insulting.
To this day no one from this company has reached out to correct their errors.

Mean while, my Mother lives with dampness and mold in her basement.
Unacceptable!

Called Friday for quote for sidewalk removal, was supposed to be here Monday afternoon and never showed. Called left voicemail and no response. I was also going to see how much for new slab and some garage work. Guess he doesn't want to be in business

Totally screwed over my mother. Basement leaked worse after they " fixed" it. Said they would come look at it. No showed twice and then left her a harassing mvoicemail when they did finally show up and she wasn't home. This was all after showing up a year after they said they would fix it.
