FOLLOW UP REVIEW.
My house was built PERFECTLY!! They should be recognized as the BEST BUILDER in WISCONSIN! I LOVE MY HOUSE!!
PRIOR REVIEW HERE.
I have had nothing but a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Brian Kosobucki, Scott Nelson, Kari, Kay, Andrea and Chris.
I am seriously having a BLAST building my new home! WHO CAN SAY THAT?!
As you read on, keep in mind, I have built two homes with other well known builders and dealt with the usual horrible experiences of building. So, I am not a first time home builder.
If I could give Bower Design and Construction 10 STARS, I would!
They only build a few houses a year. This allows them to give you 100% of their attention during the entire build and THEY DO!
Just BE PATIENT in the beginning. YOU ARE IMPORTANT. They are PROVIDING 100% ATTENTION TO THIER CURRENT BUILD CUSTOMERS AS PROMISED, AND YOU WILL GET THE SAME TREATMENT! THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT!!!! THEY ARE QUALITY BUILDERS, NOT QUANTITY BUILDERS.
Here are my experiences so far.....
1. EVERYONE at BOWER DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION, are professional, yet personable, easy to work with, and patient. They included me as part of the team. Decisions are made together. Although they are building my home, and very proud of their work, they clearly understand it is my house.
2. I was never pressured to sign the contract. NOT ONCE!
3. When I shared my dream home ideas with BRIAN, he presented me with beautiful floor plans, and made adjustments to my liking. Never once was I told I could not have something. The more you share your ideas, the better the outcome.
4. They provide a 3D VIDEO of your ENTIRE HOME, inside and out.
5. The entire team listened to me and nailed everything I wanted, right down to the hardware on my cabinets. Suggestions are also made, so you have no regrets.
6. When I was quoted the price of my new home, BRIAN made sure there were no surprise costs and enough allowances set aside.
7. I have yet to be stressed out about anything!
8. ALL materials used, are of the best quality.
9. The sub-contractors are all professional and have done high quality work. The sub-contractors spoke highly of Bower Design and Construction and told me, "You made a very smart choice."
10. Even though the builder has Blue Prints on site of the build, the on site manager, SCOTT, takes the time to go over every detail with you before the sub-contractors even start. Electrical, Concrete and Plumbing, thus far. SCOTT has been on site of the build, all day, everyday! I know this because I am building my new home one block over and I can see him there through my back yard. He makes absolute sure, every material used is of quality and correctly installed. Both BRAIN and SCOTT, will do walk throughs with you during the build, to make sure you are satisfied.
11. I get weekly updates from KARI or BRIAN, either by phone or email on the progress of the build. No question is left unanswered.
12. I have received immediate responses to ALL my emails, texts and phone calls.
13. My neighbors have been complimenting the craftsmanship of the house, the quality of the materials and cleanliness of the build site. First question usually is, "Who is your builder?!" Along with "WOWS," and requests to see the inside of the house, when it is complete.
14. BRIAN will shop with you. He brings the blue prints along to assure you pick out the proper size appliances, and anything else you need. We shopped for quality product at reasonable prices at several locations. My options were wide open!
15. They get several quotes from THIER LISTS of TRUSTED sub- contractors.
16. PRODUCTS and SUB-CONTRACTORS include, VECTOR Windows (which are rated along side Anderson windows), CARRIER Central Air, CUSTOM AMISH Cabinets, GENERAC Generators, along with many other great sub-contractors.
17. They post a camera on site too.
18. I do NOT have one tiny little complaint!
19. I WILL, and HAVE PROUDLY, RECOMMENDED BOWER DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION.
20. With my permission, they added a very nice surprise!
