Shai at Botique helped us with building an adu at out house was a special project we all worked together to figure it out. Scariest things about contractors is paying and not getting a service. You can trust 100 % if you pay them your money is safe and the kid will get done and right. The place looks great and fully permitted with the city. Lastly 6 months later I had a water leak with the rain that damaged drywall, called Shai they came back tore it out dried it out and repaired the whole thing. Thank you for being a responsible business person.
