Lady who answered the phone answered right away and was very friendly and responsive. However my review is in regards to one of their employees who was driving a company pickup truck on Trent at around 2:30 on 10/10/22. He proceeded to completely ignore a yield sign almost hitting me which caused me to go into the other lane almost causing an accident and before I could get the license plate # of the vehicle he was driving, he speeds up to around 50-60 mph (in a 35 mind you) to, what looked like to me, run away from me and continued to drive recklessly away. Very unprofessional and dangerous. He was an average built middle aged man with dark brown almost black hair, was wearing sunglasses and a hat with a full face of facial hair. I’m lucky his ignorance didn’t cause me to wreck or even worse harm anyone else.

I couldn't get a call back. They are so big, they are ok with transfering you around till you go away or get tired it appears. Perfunctory guys. Wow
