Sweaty gym turned coffee cafe'...is this possible? That is the question I asked myself before purchasing this plain rectangular building. My husband and I knew Borton Construction was known for their quality work, especially in the restaurant industry. So, I proceeded to call Borton, asking if they would be willing to look at the building before we purchased it. Dan happily accepted! We then looked at the building, to see if my vision was possible...it was. Dan and the Borton team, worked to get all things in place, so when we closed on the building they were ready to start demo to build my vision. Dan knew it was very important to me to "stay local," so he put his West Salem and Sparta guys on my project. The Borton team was so easy to work with and for the most part, everything went smoothly. Since this was an old building, there were bumps in the road, but communication was always prompt resulting in a quick solution. I feel Borton went above and beyond when they took the time to find "old" material, to give this plain jane building the character I was looking for. Sweaty gym turned Coffee Cafe' ? Hell YES, that is Oma! I am so proud of my shop and I owe it all to the Borton Team.
Lastly, this company treats their customers like a true friend. During the start of the COVID pandemic, they took the time to reach out, to check on me...this speaks volumes! Not only is Borton Construction a great group that strives for quality, they genuinely care about their clients as well.
