Borderline Fencing did a great job building our fence. The finished product was better than I hoped for and at a reasonable price. Only issue was the delay in starting, but they responded promptly when asked to prioritize finishing our fence since our prior fence was falling apart. Excellent finished product.

Bruce, Ruth and their entire team were both professional and accommodating, providing the easiest planning phase and an unmatched construction experience. Their workmanship was impressive and of the highest quality. The price was reasonable, but the value delivered was outstanding! They readily supplied their license and insurance credentials and were willing to both thoroughly read and even correct my investment firm’s DocuSign contracts! I have used Borderline Fencing for my backyard privacy fences, new backyard deck, new steel frame/wood gates and just this week black railing for my front door porch. I had this company replace my old wooden deck with a new composite deck a little over a year ago. From the time they took my deposit, half of the cost of the project, it took them 8 months to actually start the job, it originally was to start in 2 months. During this time, I never heard a word from them about why there was such a delay. I actually had to call them to get information. Once started, it took them a month to complete and I was very pleased with the results. However, after the first winter, the boards were pulling away from each other resulting in large gaps. I called the office on May 31st and was told by Ruth that it has happened before and could be fixed, I sent pictures and she said she would let Nick, the owner and the deck expert, know and he would get in touch with me, as of today, Sept. 24th, I still haven’t heard from Nick. I have emailed and left phone messages and am being ignored. Nick has no integrity and is very unprofessional, in my opinion. All I was asking was to have him come by and look at the problem and let me know if it could be fixed. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

We worked with Boarderline Fencing Co. from our current out of state location to repair sections of fencing and install a gate at our house in Cheyenne. Ruth was phenomenal; she provided outstanding assistance with capturing our requirements, coordinating a date for service, and assistance with stain color and pictures of finished work. Ruth, Dom, and Sam were great to work with. They were able to fit my install into the schedule in a very short time period. The guys were very professional the whole time even though they had some difficulty due to the area the install was in. They were able to get the job done and it looks great. I contacted Borderline Fencing to remove my old wooden deck and replace it with composite decking. I had a specific color and style in mind and they were very accommodating in guiding me in my selections. All the guys who came out and worked on my deck were very professional, friendly and helpful with any questions I had. They cleaned everything up when the project was finished. I am very happy with my new deck and would highly recommend this company.

I would recommend this company. Nick came to our home to give us an estimate the day after I contacted him. Even though they were very busy, he made an effort to get our fence installed in a timely manner. Robert also did a fantastic job laying it out and installing it like we wanted. It's a beautiful addition to our home!
