Friday March 7th at 4pm I arrived and was getting with excellent customer service.. The young lady helped me find the transmission I needed without hesitation.. I need a 2009 Ford Mustang V6.. 1400 out the door.. Not even the best part.. I rushed off without checking the transmission I was buying. Took it to my mechanic. He calls me Saturday morning with a video of the transmission.. Let me know it made a noise when turning the converter.. My original transmission didn’t make that noise. I called Bolt on. Was told I’ll have to wait till Monday cuz the transmission technician wasn’t gonna be available to check the transmission I brought. Mind you it was way in Carrollton tx and I wasn’t at the bolt on yet. Long story short. I drove to swap the transmissions and my mustang runs fine.. It’s Sunday and I’m back driving.. I really appreciate they kindness and willingness to help a paying customer and honored they return policy

At the end of my experience with this company, I got a good engine that had a damaged oil pan. This review is a 1 star because of Samuel. Manuel, Rudy, the girl at the front desk and their young mechanic, were great. I purchased an engine that was knocking because of a piston rod hitting the oil pan, which was missed by me and also their mechanics. Rudy was kind enough to send his mechanic the second time this job was done because of the same noise and the mechanic and I fixed the issue. But Samuel was extremely rude since the first time the engine was taken apart, blaming me of dropping a bolt in the engine(which did not happen), wasting my time watching them take the engine apart looking for said bolt, lying to me saying they were bringing the engine to my garage after finding I didn't drop anything in the engine, but then didn't bring it to me and I had to drive 2hr to go get it for the second time and also called me and told me I was a bad mechanic and they were going to sue me for leaving a review. They could have had a customer for life but lost me business because of Samuel.

Great place. The owner is very knowledgeable and actually cares about what he’s doing. I got a motor from here and he was really patient while I picked one out. They have a ton of inventory so there’s a lot of options.

When I brought the core back again the owner was genuinely interested in how the project was going and if the motor was working properly. I’d definitely recommend them for good used parts and will definitely be coming back for my own projects.
