I would give six stars if it were possible, Bodine is amazing. Our basement flooded after we had some other company do sewer "repairs" and we reached out to Bodine to get a second opinion. We are so glad we did. Not only did they help us determine the other company did not correctly connect our footing drain, they were one of the best prices. They were able to correct the previous issues, do the original repair work correctly and repaved our concrete entrance pad the other company had damaged. These guys are seriously the best.

I will be using Bodine for all our drainage needs in the future (hoping this to be few and far between) and honestly, you should too.

UPDATE:
A couple of years have passed as we had some more water coming up through our floors. Steve came out and instead of trying to sell us on anything, helped narrow down the cause of the leak to our furnace in a different room leaking under the floorboards! We were able to have the furnace repaired and our water problems went away. I'm honestly not sure how many other companies would come out and actively help resolve an issue that wouldn't make them a sale. Either way, it may not have made a sale, but it made a customer for life! As always, I highly recommend Bodine Construction.

We had water coming in to the basement of our 1904 house during heavy rains. It wound up being a tricky problem because there were issues with both an existing interior drain that didn't extend far enough and exterior pavers that were funneling water over the foundation. Bodine diagnosed the issues and gave us options to fix. We wound up going with an exterior channel drain that will keep water away from the house entirely. The quality of the work was excellent. Steve spent a bunch of time with me (both in person and with videos) to explain what they were doing. Cost was very reasonable. Would 100% recommend Bodine to anyone with water remediation issues.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Where do I start? This company was a life saver. I hired a different contractor to fix a leaking basement and mold growth. After two years all the work they did failed, and I learned that everything they did was done incorrectly. I was recommended Bodine through an arbitrator and wish I would have known about them from the beginning. First of all, Bodine is very honest and approached their work much integrity. And with almost 40 years in the business, they are also experts in foundation repair and drainage. The job they completed was extensive and has the highest level of workmanship, and I can see it's something that won't fail after a couple of years. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and wish all construction companies conducted themselves like Bodine.

Over the years, Bodine Construction has kept our house dry, by repairing and maintaining our perimeter drain system and our aging sewer. But recently, we had a new flood in our basement, and did not know where to turn! Thank goodness for Bodine Construction and Gary Morris! It turned out that our water main had broken right where it enters the house. Within a couple hours, Bodine was on site working on the problem. The issue was several feet underground, and Bodine diagnosed, found and fixed the problem within a 24 hour period. Then they also repaired a crack in the foundation. I am totally happy with the work and the price. It is such a pleasure to work with a company that is so honest, dependable, and effective. Thank you!

They did a great job in drying out our crawl space 10 years ago in 2014. It is still bone dry! Difficult job with little headroom. Excavated sloped drainage around inside of foundation, filled it with drain rock, then tunneled under foundation wall, and dug/covered drainline to street. A tough job, well done! Highly recommended.
