Major issue with my sewer main, it was a big job! Communication with office was good, they always answered the phone and were helpful. I spoke mostly with Natalie, she’s a gem.
Shane and his assistant Juan jumped in quickly to do the job but found the problem was bigger than a clogged drain.
Shane excavated the sewer pipe like a pro! Very skilled. He dug precariously between my home and the neighbors. Once the job was complete the yard actually looked better than when he started!

Yay, we finally found a plumber that we like!

We had a leak between the city meter and the house which was causing a steady leak into the basement.

Due to the leak they expedited our appointment. They rented the digger and worked hard to finish the job in one day. As an unexpected bonus they mopped up the last of the leak. They did a good job of restoring the dug out area. And they did this while coming in under the estimate. Thank you!

We have used Bob Staley's several times now and they always come in clutch when we need them. Not many people work weekends and when we had a busted water pipe on a Saturday we could count on them to come. Always prompt return of calls and friendly service. Would recommend!

We had Jim over to install a new boiler for our hot water heat! They did an incredible job, came back to fix a small problem and refunded some money to stay in line with the estimate John had given us.
I call that GREAT customer service and they will be our first plumbing choice forever.

This is the second time I have had an issue with scheduling. I was put on the books for between 9am-10am. Its now 1040am no Plumber. Clearly theres a flaw with this company with keeping a schedule. According to my first review the company said they considered my info to be "invaluable". Well turns out that was all just the usual talk because they are the same company as last time. I doubt they will even show up today since I didnt even get a set time the first time I was simply told a plumber will come when one is available. The fact that I was given a set time of between 9am - 10am should be followed. They dont follow the scheduled times they set, which is an innconvience to people. Even if they do show up sometime to day I will be using another company at this point, one that shows up at their scheduled time. I gave them a second chance and the failed miserably. I dont recommend this company. Unless you want to wait all day.
