My house had a water leak and damaged the floors and walls of my living room. Boardwalk contractors came to help me. I have never filed a claim ever and Rey guided me through the process. They were there from start to finish. They ensured I could get my house back to normal at the shortest amount of time possible without shortcuts. Alfonso was very respectful and listened to my concerns and reassured me every step of the way. My floors and walls were nicely repaired and even looked better than it did before the leak. The house is finally finished after 4 months. The worst experience ever from any contractor. Shoddy craftsmanship!! Do I need to go into details? And the sad part... that they are AAA approved contractor.
The finish? Just fill it in with caulking. They love that stuff.
Finally seen this contractors reply on June 8th of 2023
I had placed blue tape over all the defects during final inspection. I was forced to accept the discrepancy or cough up the hotel fees as the insurance(AAA) adjuster refused to pay another day of stay as they have spent $200/day for 4 months.
Come and look for yourself. Don't let these people fool you. I've learned a lot in this process. And the final results is still substandard! I just can't wait till all that caulking dries up and cracks.

Alfonso Rebollar and his team from Boardwalk did an excellent job on our living and dining room area after it was flooded by water from a broken pvc pipe from our sprinkler system. They dried out and removed the flooring and drywall and insulation. Afterwards they repainted everything and replaced the new wood floors. They were very professional throughout the whole process I would recommend them for any emergency work.

I had Alfonso & his team come to service my home twice. First time they were sent over by my insurance and the second time I requested for them to return because they did such an amazing job ! Alfonso was so helpful and has amazing communication during the entire process. I was never out of the loop with anything and I always felt like I could reach out if need be ! The team was promptly at my home first thing in the morning and worked hard through the day with no downtime. I appreciated that they wanted to finish the job quickly yet properly and efficiently. I am currently planning on having them come out again to do more projects in my home ! Def recommend this company !
