We've worked with Ben Giat before on a complex retaining wall project. Since then, he's launched his own company and we recently completed another piece of work with them. It involved rerouting pipes to the street and as per city permits we needed to cut open a large portion of the sidewalk and pour concrete and asphalt to finish it. BNO builders worked in a timely manner, worked clean and were thoughtful in making decisions on how the pavers would be finished. They were all very pleasant to work with and we are very happy with the results.
We highly recommend BNO builders and Ben and his team. Will definitely be using them again.

BNO Builders did a fantastic job on our home renovation. Nestor, our contractor, was a knowledgeable and compassionate professional who walked us through the whole process from the start to finishing the smallest details. He made sure everything was done to a high standard.
The workers were all very respectful of us and the property. And they finished our whole townhome faster than any of the other contractors quoted.
Nestor, our wonderful contractor, handled every detail from pulling permits to the finest finishing touches and held our hand through the whole process with the nicest demeanor. He was a consummate professional, and we would hire him again in a second.
We would choose BNO over and over again so long as Nestor would be our contractor. We put our full trust in him, and he came through every time.

We added a brand new bathroom to the house with BNO and they went above and beyond.

We made our master bedroom smaller and took up a closet of a different room so we could add a second bathroom to the house and increase the size of our walk-in closet. Nestor Cabrera was our project manager and was professional, responsive and transparent throughout the whole project. I appreciate that their estimate included a comprehensive list of the work that would be done and the payment schedule, so we knew exactly what to expect throughout the process.

They had an in-house architect work with us to draw the plans and a an interior designer to help us pick finishes as part of their service, whereas many other companies quoted us extra for that.

Júlio and Rogélio who worked on the construction itself were phenomenal. They consulted us on every decision that wasn't obvious, so nothing was a surprise. As a designer, I loved their attention to detail. We have a family member who works in the luxury construction space and every step of the way, he was impressed with the quality of their work.

They kept the workspace extremely clean and were super respectful of our space. It was a pleasure to work with them. You could see how much they cared in little gestures, like making sure our kitten didn't escape when they were coming in and out of the house.

As any construction project, there were unexpected things that came up. We have an old house and it's located in a flood zone, so that slowed us down a little bit. However, BNO worked with us to overcome those obstacles while sticking to our original budget.

We love our new bathroom so much!

They redid my asphalt driveway to concrete driveway. The condition of my asphalt was pretty bad with huge potholes. They gave me a quote that was very competitive to replace my driveway with new asphalt. It was so good that I inquired how much to do concrete because I originally didn't think I could afford it. But in the end, the concrete pricing with the financing through another company made sense for us to do the work with them. Nestor sent me the contracts and quote in a timely manner and any discrepancies and questions were answered or dealt with quickly. When the time came to do the work, it was delayed because of waiting for 411 to mark the water and Pge lines. But when the work started, it moved along quickly and completed in the timeframe they said. The completed driveway looks great.

We had a large backyard to landscape that was basically a big dirt/weed patch with a few hardscape items that needed to stay and be incorporated into the design. What really stood out to me with BNO was their great communication, reliability, and professionalism. They listened well and were always responsive to any questions we had. We went with BNO builders to redo our deck this year. It's on the third floor (we are against a hill). Nestor helped us with everything and was amazing from the beginning. He came and took a look at everything, was very thorough and made a few recommendations at a variety of price points, helping us understand the pros and cons of each. I already knew I wanted to go with BNO because his communication was so honest and clear, but in addition they also had the best priced quote! It was a no brainer. They were wonderful to work with, finished the job quickly, and even addressed issues that arose as they went along (ones that were not their fault). For example, one of the stairs going to our bottom level was cracked before they arrived, but they fixed it before they left. Incredible service and attention to detail. I'm excited to go with BNO and Nestor again for my next project!
