Words cannot express how fast, efficient, and amazing Blue Sky.

We had a pipe burst and flooding which damaged a lot of medical equipment and closed our busy medical clinic. The water destroyed our waiting room and a few adjoining rooms. The smell was horrific. Blue Sky came same day and dried everything out. It took four days to rip out all dry wall, test for mold and other items, repair all the damaged tiles. They knew the time crunch we had and made all attempts to fix it.

I added pictures of the after so that everyone could see what an amazing job they performed.

If you have a major water leak, BluSky Restorations in Valencia or Santa Clarita will treat you like the best kind of family. They worked on Mother's Day without us asking just to go the extra mile when they saw the damages to our facility. They had 20 people show up on Sunday to repair, clean, and make us look amazing.

In 2020, the commercial property I own in Canyon Country suffered a major fire. I’d never experienced anything like this before, and to say it was traumatic would be an understatement. I live 100 miles away from its location, and unfortunately there was absolutely no way I could get there quickly, “secure” the building, etc. Thankfully BluSky was somehow made aware of the situation within hours of it happening, and they were able to do the job swiftly and smoothly. In hindsight, I wish I would have immediately just hired them to complete the restoration project. Unfortunately I was persuaded by someone at my insurance company to go with a different contractor who ended up being extremely problematic, and he stalled the project for months. I ended up firing him, and putting the restoration project in BluSky’s hands (where in hindsight I wish I would have from the beginning). BluSky’s Daniel Carrillo and Armando Lopez have been the best people I could possibly ask for in dealing with the enormous, detailed task they had to take on. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Always very friendly, great communicating, and they made a very difficult situation much, much smoother for me. Take my word for it - If by chance you find yourself in a similar position as I’ve been in, call BluSky immediately, and don’t waste your time with anyone else. From the beginning to the end, they’ve come through just wonderfully.

Blusky was hired by my apartment complex to complete water damage repairs. Myself and my disabled son, apartment was severely flooded from a broken sprinkler line. While Blusky workers were in my apartment to do repairs ,one of the workers stole a precious house plant of mine. It’s a shame you can’t even trust workers that are paid to do a job, but instead they steal from the customer . My son and I are still living in a hotel until our home is completed. I’m scared when we do go home to see what else did the Blusky workers take from my home . I contacted the manager to report my missing house plant. He offered to give me the money to replace my house plant. Some things are irreplaceable, just as my plant is for me. Beware of thieves with this company, put away all your precious belongings when they work in your office or your home. If these workers would steal a plant, what else would they steal?
