David Franco is “The Man” he called me immediately after receiving my inspection and scheduled a walk-thru and after set up every appointment within days to have everything repaired or replaced. Couldn’t ask for any better. Awesome service through and through. It has been a smooth transition from the start in buying from just looking at homes through closing with Indy. Hello, my name is Tonie Oliver and my realtor scheduled a home in Waxahachie the Bloomfield location at North Grove. I saw the home A couple of homes online and I loved it. I had to go and view it in person. When they are and met Indy Ibarra The community manager on a Sunday afternoon she was very pleasant warm and inviting she took me to the first home. It was a little small and I became a little reluctant. She did look in my face and asked me what exactly am I looking for and I told her she took me to the home where I am now I fell in love with it as soon as I walked in the door it was a beautiful beautiful home it was a few minor touches told her that I will get back with her. I contacted my realtor Thomas Gibson with Century 21. The very next day and decided that I wanted to put down an offer at that time. Indy called me. We discussed The next step into getting my beautiful home she was there with me the whole entire time because I was a little nervous and afraid of a couple of things, but she reassured me, I also met Anthony Verdier for the walk-through, he was very thorough took his time didn’t rush me and explained everything from the front door to my backyard of different things and what to expect . I live at 1727 Upland road, next to your model home. We have complained about this many times, and now the fence was leaning towards my house, my door couldn’t be closed?
