The good.

Always friendly and courteous. My garbage is picked up on time every week. Years ago I found myself unemployed and short on money. I talked to them and as long as I made an effort to pay my bill they worked with me until I could pay my bill in full.

The bad.

No recycling pickup in the city limits. While I realize this is a small town it baffles me that there is no recycling pickup program. There is a recycling center on the edge of town. You need to haul everything yourself and sort it at that location. The city should have a recycling pickup service or get an outside company that can provide this service.

My bill came in the mail a month late, the same day I got my bill and before I could even get to the utility office to pay it the utility workers were beating on my door handing my wife a disconnect letter for the next day. I've never had so many problems with a utility company in my life!
