0 STARS NOT EVEN ONE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered a door in December with a delivery date of 2-4 weeks, which I have in writing from their Assistant Manager Patrick in Douglas. Patrick told me it was made locally which come to find out was not the case. In addition, they offered a $500 discount for my troubles 2 months into not having the door. 4 months into when I was "promised" another delivery date and called the day after I was told they "cannot help anymore." So this company will lie, offer you a discount and then cancel the order. HORRIBLE!! The President of the company will not return phone calls or address the lies told by his staff, even when it is writing. BUYER BEWARE!!
