Very professional team that completed the remediation of the master bedroom wall. Their experts are very capable, bringing attention to every detail. They identified a multitude of issues created during the last renovations. Highly recommended!

As a representative of Blackstone Development, David Rai evaluated a seriously botched bathroom "renovation" at our home in which promised items were omitted and other items were poorly installed. He came to our home and personally evaluated the problem and then assigned a forensic construction inspector to make a subsequent visit for a detailed estimate of the material and labor costs necessary to fully rectify the problems. Those documents are to be used in a pending lawsuit.
Mr Rai was genial and comfortable to work with in person and was very considerate in the assessment of our problem and conducted himself in a serious manner that was distinctively different from the un-serious attention we received from both city and state regulatory agencies. In addition, the forensic inspector he assigned was very thorough and informative during the inspection phase and very detailed in his written documentation of the labor and material costs for remediation. In sum, we are appreciative of the consideration, seriousness and attention to detail that Mr. Rai and Blackstone gave to our problem.

This company is a gem! Our HOA has been burned in the past with shoddy workmanship regarding Contracting and Construction. The staff at Blackstone has integrity.
