This kid plowing the work lot has been buried in his phone for 5 mins after every pass through the lot. He's been working on it for at least an hour and he's barely halfway done.

Edit: Glad to see they take their business seriously. Changed to ⭐

Outstanding! Over the last year I have worked with Birchwood as they services for our landscaping at our building, I could tell the team cared about the proerty and their work.

Based on the team hard work, I went and switch snowplowing services to them also this year.

While its early, I have to say I am amazed how responsive they are getting it DONE!

Well...one of their drivers couldn't stay in his lane. He was pulling a trailer and didnt seem to have good control . He was having a super tough time holding the line and keeping the trailer in the lane. It was later in the evening too. 🤔😶🤨

I plowed for Birchwood last year had no problems with workers or human resources

Damaged over 100 feet of our fence. Sent the plow driver to fix it, did a horrible job of it. Ripped out sod and tore up lawn. Mark refused to make it right. Mark did nothing but argue that it wasn't his fault. Never use them again, very irresponsible owner. One star only because google won't allow a zero star review.

Would never recommend these guys to anyone. Have had nothing but problems getting them to do the job they were contracted to do. Sloppy work when they do show up. Quality has deteriorated over the years. It's too bad...they used to do a nice job.

AWFUL landscape work and won't fix what they did poorly. He was the cheapest quote and ya get what you pay for, lesson learned unfortunately
