My water heater exploded and I had water damage. Bingham was recommended by Zest Plumbing to assess the damage.

Jason Meraz came to assess and outlined the next steps for repair and offered insights into the world of insurance claims. He was professional and treated my concerns as though it were his home.

Within 24 hours a crew came to move items (my entire laundry room had to be disassembled) and cut out the drywall and start the drying process.

Not done yet but I have been impressed with each of the teams from moving to drywall cutouts and drying.

The crew also ensured they minimized dust, noise and were conscious of keeping floors clean.

I will update the post however my experience has been fantastic given the stress of this mini disaster.

The waterline behind our refrigerator supplying water to the ice maker had a strong leak which we didn’t discover until a puddle appeared under the appliance. Water damage to the floor and walls of the kitchen and adjacent guest room was extensive. Bingham Restoration’s response was quick; within the hour after they received our call. Michael Cota, Operations Manager took the lead and coordinated the different phases in putting our home and our life back together including contacting and synchronizing with our homeowner’s insurance carrier. The crew is courteous and professional, the work is thorough, they take their trash and clean up at the end of the work day. Michael ensures the communication lines are open. We are apprised of developments in real time. We still have a way to go. Demolition and sanitizing of the areas involved are completed. Drying of floor and walls are ongoing. Re-construction is next on the schedule. We probably still have a few weeks before we can close this chapter but Bingham Restoration has made the process bearable. I highly recommend Bingham Restoration.
