One of the things I admire most about Bill and his company, is that he has a hands on approach to every project and only picks the best people to work with. If you look at his working relationship with Lerone, you can plainly see that he treats people right and has their best interest in mind.

Big Congrats on building sich a wonderful company that is a “well oiled machine”, very efficient and as you already know I’m sure… your workforce is top notch! Your staff and/or the tradesmen vendors you hire are knowledgeable and truly experts in their field. Every technician that has come out to my home has presented themself very professional, on time (or at least courteous to call) if running a little behind in schedule. They are friendly and also have respected my home. I must add that they have gone the extra mile to insure a job well done. Most of all it is evident that your staff enjoy the work they do and hold you in high regard which is reflected in the quality of work that they do and of how customers are ultimately valued and treated in return. You are very reliable, responsive, in communicating and returning calls, explaining things and upfront and honest.

I had the pleasure of working with Bill Barber, the owner and designer of this fantastic company, for a kitchen remodel that included custom cabinets and tile work. Despite adding over $50,000 in upgrades and changes, the project was completed just one week beyond the initial projection.

What impressed me the most about Bill's work was his attention to detail throughout the project. From the design to the installation of the custom cabinets and tile work, everything was carefully thought out and executed to perfection. In addition to the cabinetry and tile work, the project included all new windows, house painting, interior doors, walls, and ceilings, as well as new flooring that was expertly prepped by leveling and waterproofing.

One thing that really stood out to me was how conscientious and professional the subcontractors and tradespeople were throughout the project. They used no profanity on the job site and refrained from smoking, making the job feel more safe and secure throughout the entire process. They were also dressed professionally in uniform, which added an extra level of professionalism to the project.

Throughout the project, Bill was in constant communication with me and my family, making sure we were happy with the layout and design. He also scheduled and coordinated with all of the various tradespeople involved in the project, which greatly reduced the stress typically associated with a remodel of this magnitude.

We received a detailed scope of work that included all aspects of the project, as well as a clear and concise payment schedule. The team treated our home with the utmost respect, leaving it clean and organized at the end of each day.

In the end, my family and I were absolutely thrilled with the end result of the project. Bill's expertise and craftsmanship were apparent in all aspects of the work, creating a beautiful and functional space that we will enjoy for years to come.
