Unfortunately, they recommended to use the PRISM SCG premixed grout reasserting several times that the smell goes away immediately and there is absolutely no smell a few days after installation. Now, two months after installation by professional tile craftsman in the area in an indoor setting it still has a persistent sweet, acrylic odor. It turns out that this grout has styrene acrylic polymer that can explain this smell. It turned out afterwards that several other professional tile craftsmen in the area do not recommend it for several reasons related to the application, risk and more importantly that this particular grout composition is only out for about two years while previous versions of the same premixed type had issues. I do not know why Best Tile claims and asserts that a product that is only two years out works well and they strongly advertise it in their shop when most professionals in the area do not prefer it. To make matters worse this grout can not be fully removed without demolishing all the tiles because it is extremely strong.

Great Store! Huge selection of Italian and Spanish tiles at a reasonable price. Excellent costumer service. They stock all their tiles. Have many cabinets and granite and quartz tops as well. Wow, it's a one stop shop.

Only regret is I didn't know of this place years ago. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful, and not hard sell. Amazing vanity & top selection, all in stock. Fixtures, sinks, rough plumbing, tools, tile, stone, slabs, schluter. Great prices on what I needed. And strangely, almost no other customers

You could find many kinds of tiles here. Tiles' quality is good and price is not expensive.

But don't buy other products, especially shower door here. Customer support for shower door is really bad.
