Bennett Builders started and completed our master bath and closet renovation while we were out of state. They estimated the project would take in the neighborhood of three months. They completed the job in a very professional manner on time. In fact it was completed about one month before we returned so our place was very clean and we did not have a final walk through for several weeks after that so we could settle ourselves. Almost nothing had to be adjusted and the two minor issues were resolved within a week. They sent construction pictures as promised. The construction manager Sean Gibbons even called us a few times to give and update. He held video chats so that we could see the progress and ask questions. We always received a timely response to our calls, usually the same day. The demo and construction work was done properly. All electric and plumbing was performed well. We couldn't have asked for more. We had another contractor, out of state, that couldn't come close to meeting their deadlines, took them two additional months to get the job completed and left our place in not the best condition. Every good thing that we had heard about Bennett Builders has been true for us and we are thankful and grateful.

We hired Bennet Builders for two significant projects (an addition and finishing a basement) because of their long history of industry experience and because of their strong presence in our area. The process from start to finish was streamlined and straight forward. Our projects finished on budget and ahead of schedule. When we requested changes along the way they did their best to make them happen. If there were unexpected setbacks they were handled promptly. Terry was knowledgable and attentive and our project manager Sean was very pro-active in communications and worked hard to be as helpful as possible. I was most impressed with their efficiency, there was rarely a business day when some progress wasn't happening on our projects. All in all I'd highly recommend Bennett Builders we had a terrific experience working with them.

Bennett builders did some work across the street from my house i found tire ruts in my yard and when i contacted them they said it was probably a subcontractor and they would pass the info along well its been more then 2 weeks and have not gotten any form of contact from Bennett builders.
I have photos of how either Bennett builders employees or subcontractors park on other peoples lawn cars were more than half the width of the cars into the lawns.
So if you plan on using Bennett builders be sure to let them know you care about your neighbors lawns and they are to fix any issues with your neighbors

So with that being said i would think any reputable business would take responsibility for any and all subcontractors they subcontract out your job too and to be responsible enough to at the least respond to any complaints

This is a follow-up on my review i posted on Bennett builders

The same day i posted my review Bennett builders contacted me within a hour of posting so i will say it seems that Bennett builders only responded to my review not my complaint of tire ruts in my lawn made by Bennett builders employees or subcontractors they fixed my lawn several days after my review and contact from Bennett builders

Terry Bennett contacted me and requested i remove my review after they fixed my lawn but with what was said in my review are the truthful facts so i will not be removing my review as the public needs to be aware

Our upstairs bathroom was completely redone by Bennett! We were very impressed with the professionalism of all the contracted workers. They were very mindful of our home full of children and worked to make it as convenient as possible! We are so happy with the work and our beautiful new bathroom! We worked with Dan and Greg. Then interior decorator we were paired with to assist with decision making was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs/wants for the new space. Highly recommend them for any renovation or remodel!

Top notch work! The work was always done on time and I was always updated on who would be there and when. The workers were very professional and friendly. I’m so happy with how the remodel turned out. They took an 80’s bathroom and turned it stunning! They also added a porch to the house which totally changed the look. We love it and couldn’t be happier!
