We recently bought a Belman model home, and we couldn’t be happier!! David and his team were amazing to work with. They were extremely responsive to all of our questions along the way. They are very kind, easy to work with, and experts in their field. Katie has a keen eye for design, everything she picked for this home was way better than anything we would have come up with on our own! We decided to add a backsplash, and she was so patient and helpful as we made our selection. Jim was wonderful too, so helpful with all of our questions during the walkthrough. We recently built a home with Belman Homes. It was a wonderful experience during a complicated time. We were impressed by the quality of the work and the relationship with the contractors that Belman had. We were able to meet with the contractors first hand to discuss various parts of the build. The Builder Trend website they use is a nice tool to track the progress of the house and changes that were made. I would highly recommend Belman Builders for new home construction. In addition Belman Builders gives back as they build a home for a wounded warrior each year.

We have been in our new Belman single family condo for two weeks now, and couldn’t be happier. The home is beautiful and from all appearances, the workmanship is high quality. The process to build the home (although slow due to post-pandemic shortages) was seamless and professional. We had a great time picking out our selections with Katie. She was very patient with us and helped us with her suggestions. We are very pleased with the results. Jim, the expeditor, bent over backwards to make sure everything was done to the highest standards and to our liking. Living out of town during the construction, we especially appreciated the up-to-date app (Builders Trend) where we could follow the construction, complete with schedules and photos. The subcontractors we met were all very friendly and informative. Several mentioned they had worked with Belman for over 30 years. We would recommend Belman Homes for your new construction!

My wife and I purchase a Belman Homes model. This house met the majority of our "must have" and "nice to have" items. The quality of workmanship is evident in every room of the house. The interior design of the house was well thought-out and maximizes every square foot. I love the custom arches and the huge windows in our house. So happy to write this review and recommend Belman Homes for your next home experience. We have talked to almost every builder in the area before deciding to settle with Belman Homes. A visit to one of the model homes & a brief conversation with David Belman made all the difference for us. The craftsmanship and materials utilized are of high grade at the model home and is clearly home building process, we had the delight of working with Katie Salinas (Interior Designer) to select / customize our home, the expertise & skill to quickly adapt to customer needs & offer cost-effective solutions was amazing to experience, it truly relieved a lot of stress from us being a first-time home owner (new to the home building process). Standard options that came with the basic package & quality of products used is where Belman stands out from rest of the competition. Building contractors used by Belman Homes were all supportive to the community & shared values similar to David Belman; this was fascinating to experience when we visited our home during the construction process….they did not have any negative feedback & took pride in working on Belman home designs.
Our project manager / expeditor was Jeff Kmiecik. Jeff is definitely hands-on and the best at what he does. From our experience, having a project manager who makes time for you and is proactive and looks around the corner can make all the difference to ensure what you visualized during the selection process is what you get. Our house was built during the Covid pandemic timeline (2021/22), and we had to make a few reselections, however Belman Homes was able to connect with us without negatively impacting our schedule. We are super happy with our new home’s quality & workmanship, and last but not least, if you are looking for a builder & team who have a strong work ethic and delivers quality & value homes -- based on our working experience -- we would recommend Belman Homes to any new customers.
