Greg was spot on - AWESOME!
When the social hall at our church needed numerous wall heaters fixed and replaced, he showed up first thing the next day and spent 90 minutes investigating our needs and making recommendations. He made sure we understood our options and recommended a ductless system that was beyond his capability to install. He also made recommendations for local contractors that are best suited for the installation. He charged nothing for his time. May God bless him!

Our thermostat wasn’t working and the nights were getting cold. Greg was able to squeeze us in to a packed Monday after Thanksgiving and replace our thermostat. He also took the time to show me how to program it.

Greg was so helpful and transparent! Helped me understand exactly what needed to be done and even what wasn't necessary that other companies had quoted me. He installed a brand new furnace in less than two hours for me. Couldn't be happier with this service! We had our furnace go out on Christmas 2019. Greg came out the next day and had to get the ok to replace it from the prop manager and owner first. Let me know that they would t be able to replace it until the following Monday! Fought with prop manager to find someone who could do it earlier as it was so cold at night. They got Belluz to agree to install new furnace on 12-28-19. Upon his arrival Greg was very rude. He completed his job in 2 hours and when I thanked him he was VERY snarky and rude and told me, don’t thank me, thank your prop manager cause if it wasn’t for him I wasn’t going to come. But he called in a big favor.” Created a post on fb telling my story where Greg gets on my post and further makes my experience with him awful. Not everyone has the same experience but mine was NOT great at all.

We had an issue with the wall heater at our rental property on a Friday. Since it was cold out, and our tenants just moved in, we really needed someone to check out the problem as soon as possible. I called a few heating places in town but they could not make it to assess the problem until the following week. When I called Belluz the very nice Receptionist said that they were also booked but would reach out to the Service Tech and to hang on for just a minute. Within just a few mintues, Greg, the Technician was at the rental property and up on the roof in no time. He fixed the issue with the wall heater and identified a potential issue with a pipe that was not properly installed. Greg then called me after he made the repair to explain what the problem was. I thanked him for his speedy and efficient service and for going above and beyond to explain the problems with the heater. He kindly said it was no problem and that he was actually in between calls and was able to squeeze us in. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service from beginning to end. Great business, highly recommended. Great prices as well. Thank you Greg and Co.

My friends the Christs were looking for someone to fix their heater without success. They called Belluz and he responded right away, came over and helped them with the broken heater. He was so helpful and professional and just kind. He was so great with them and I really appreciated his great work. They could t have been more pleased. Can’t recommend him highly enough and we’ll be using him for now on for any hearing or ac problems!

Readily available for furnace replacement, performed work in a professional matter, walked through the scope of work to insure understanding, described function and operation of thermostat, layed a drop cloth in the interior of the floor preventing debris in house. On two different occasions Greg Belluz has come to our rescue with a heating problem. Once at my house and another, two weeks ago at my office. At lunch time the furnace was making weird noises and then we smelled burned electric wires. He responded quickly and diagnosed a bad, failed circuit board. He was able to replace the furnace quickly and at a fair and reasonable price. Thank You Greg!
