The project that completely transformed the central Belgrade from an industrial wasteland in 2014 to the most affluential community today, attracted numerous investments and created a lot of jobs. Yet the only thing they could have done better is to make a master plan in classic blocks rather than individual buildings without proper courtyards.

The best project in Serbia. Great sales team by Milovan and Petar. I really apprechiate their help.
I guess they should be more aggressive in the approach but over all great work!!

The project overall amasing! Apartments are great and location is unreal. The view is unreal.
Very clean area to the point that they are overdoing it a bit.

Everything looks beautiful from afar. But if you look closely, it becomes clear that the quality of construction is simply terrible! The developer company positions its facilities as premium class housing, but this is clearly something budget-friendly. The price is clearly too high. Look at the photo, you can't build like this!
