The team did a comprehensive overhaul on our master bathroom, and the outcome has left us overjoyed! The process commenced with Joseph visiting our home to walk us through the process and formulate a quote. Joseph was approachable and very easy to work with. We greatly valued the effort he made to create a complete 3D model and elucidate how everything functioned. Upon signing the contract, he provided us with a list of materials stores in Culver City to choose floor tile, wall tile, fixtures etc., and even offered to accompany us to assist with selections. From this point, they commenced the project within a few weeks. Darrell, the foreman, and his team were all extremely professional, courteous, and punctual. They were highly proficient in demolishing walls, shifting plumbing, re-tiling, and installing fixtures. Darrell also displayed superb attention to detail and continually ensured we were pleased with the progress. A tremendous commendation goes to the project manager who answered our queries, communicated any alterations or requirements with the team, and handled scheduling changes effortlessly. We were sincerely grateful for her consistent vigilance and positive attitude. The quality of the work is clearly evident in the photos we've attached to this review.
