Katie with BC Stone is fabulous! After I bought the house she has been so easy to work with. She corrects any and all problems under the builder warranty. I had a problem and no one could fix today. So, she came to fix it and even went to Lowe's for a part. I would recommend BC Stone to anyone looking to build! I love my new home!

Bryan, Blake, and their team are 5 stars! We built our dream home with them in 2019. The whole process took 4 months and was smooth from start to finish. Bryan was flexible with our layout changes and ensured all changes were done correctly. We spent over 3 hours in their design room picking out designs for our house, and they were there every step of the way. The site was clean throughout construction. We have now been in our dream home for almost 2 years. We recommend Bryan and his team to everyone looking to build their dream home.

Bryan Stone and his team did an exceptional job with a quality build on our lot. Our lot offered a challenge due to slope issues in the woods and they handled that with skill. Quality control is high level throughout! We have been handled with respect and caring. Standards are high and they are enforced by staff that are easy to work with and caring. Bryan is honest and forthright. Andrea, office manager, is terrific and will work out any details. Todd, designer; Chase, site supervisor; and Blake, finalization and warranty- all easy to work with, caring, and dedicated.
Our new home is beautiful and we are comfortable that is exceedingly well made. Thanks to all the team!

BC Stone is building houses in my neighborhood. We have a 25 mph speed limit. We do not have sidewalks so anyone walking or bike riding has to do it in the street. BC Stone trucks drive through the neighborhood at speeds way beyond 25 mph. This is highly unprofessional and irresponsible. The company has been alerted numerous times to their employees' bad behavior but the speeding continues. Given this lack of principle, I sure wouldn't trust them to build me a house. Maybe if someone's dog gets run over they will finally act like professionals. Do Better BC Stone!

BC Stone will exceed your expectations and will NOT disappoint. Choosing to build a home will be one of your most important decisions and which builder to use to build your home is even more important. We are beyond pleased that we chose BC Stone to build our forever home. From the beginning, we knew we were working with a team of professionals with strong integrity. We literally watched our home come alive as it was built from across the country. Any of our concerns for building in one state as we lived in another, were quickly laid to rest because BC Stone uses a program that allows you to have gainable access to the daily progress of your home. For us, that was extremely valuable. Just like ourselves, our friends and family members could not believe the quality of our home for the price. When it was time to make selections, we were taken aback how little we actually chose to upgrade because BC Stone does not force their buyers to need to upgrade in order to have quality. What is considered an upgrade to other builders is a normal for BC Stone. Not having to select thousands and thousands of dollars in upgrades allowed us a luxury style home. But it is more than the amenities that BC Stone offers. What is also included is Bryan Stone and his team. Everyone we worked with all operated with integrity and customer care. I had the pleasure of working with Andrea, Blake, Chase, and Mark. Anytime we had a question, they quickly responded. For us , they served us as if we were family. BC Stone separates themselves from other builders by their end product and delivery of their promises. We know we could not have built a better home with another builder. For us, they did not build a house, they built our forever home.

We have lived in our beautiful home for 2 months now and could not be more pleased. Thank you, BC Stone for building our home. We are grateful.
