I think that BC Engineering group presents amazingly, and they look wonderful from the outside in. Unfortunately, I have found this firm to be unresponsive, and lacking professionalism. I would advise avoiding using BC Engineering Groups services. There are many more engineering groups who will treat you much better, please be careful with BC.

Both my son and I have used BC Engineering Group for multi-million dollar residential projects. With all construction-related firms busy with fire rebuilds along with their normal workloads, it's refreshing to work with an organization that is responsive and communicative. They return calls and texts immediately, even after hours. I would place them at the top of the list of firms we've worked with in the past 5 years. I used BC Engineering recently and am VERY pleased with their service. In applying for a grading permit with the county we ran into some points of disagreement with the fire department. BC Engineering's handling of the situation was both professional and effective. Their staff is both knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend them!

BC Engineering was involved in every step of the planning, permitting and construction of our engineered septic system. Great bunch of people, and always willing to help out ! I have relied on Marcel Delagnes, on many occasions, to help answer questions from clients and fire victims regarding fire debris removal, septic system regulations, drainage, grading, and the list goes on.
