Matt and his team did a great job demolishing our pool, it’s surrounding concrete and installing pavers. They took care of installing proper drainage, put the water line back for my gardening and also other small modifications I needed for my raised bed.
They took care of the permits, were very communicative throughout the process and left the area clean.
Matt also priced the project competitively. I’m glad we went with them for our big backyard remodel.

Mateus and the crew are awesome. Scheduled to for 2 weeks but done within one week including removing a large shed. Clean up afterwards. We were a bit nervous about the whole process and approval from the San Jose city but Mateus made it so simple, he taken care of everything from a to z. highly recommended company to get your pool remove. We selected Bay Demo to demolition our in-ground swimming pool (20 x 40 feet) based on their good work doing the same for a neighbor. I had seen the neighbor's pool during its demolition and was very impressed with the care with which the company protected their driveway and hardscape.

We have a long driveway constructed with pavers and wanted to keep a lot of the pool deck to reduce the future landscaping costs. So protection was very important to us. They did a great job -- very meticulous in their use of tarps and padding. There was ZERO damage to our driveway and remaining deck.

The job went very smoothly; the workers really know what to do. We did a complete demolition - removing all of the pool structure prior to filling with new soil. During the re-filling with soil process the team was very meticulous in compacting and watering the layers of soil brought in. We are very happy with the result. The price was very fair. I should add that Mateus was easy to work with!

Matt is knowledgable and helpful. It took a week to get the permit, and two weeks to finish the project, just as we were told. The crew showed up on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The project lead also came to check everyday. When there is something needs attention, they would come talk to us. After the job finished, we have some question about the breaker, and Matt came to help fix immediately.

Highly recommended! From mobilization to clean-up work is less than one week as quoted. Matt is very honest and knowledgeable person. He made sure all gas and electrical disconnects are in safe condition. His crews were very respectful and friendly. They made sure I'm satisfied with every work they've done before moving to next phase of the project. I'm very impressed!

We used Bay Demo to do a partial pool demo. Matt, the owner, came promptly to look at the work and was able to give me a quote on the spot. His quote was very competitive and I decided to award him the work there and then.

This was Friday - and by Monday Matt had managed to get the city permit and start the work! His crew was phenomenal - they removed parts of my fence and other landscaping to be able to get to my backyard and were able to put all of it back with very little damage. They repaired or replaced anything that was damaged, even though the contract said that they did not have to.

The work was done very quickly - in about 5 days start to finish. I offered to pay the remaining amount at the end of work but Matt said that he would accept payment after the final city inspection, which was done within two weeks of the start of the project.

Overall, the experience was very good and I will work with them for any future demo work.

We are a construction company located in Bay area and before we build anything we need to demo it. We work primarily with Bay Demo for our demolition work as they are always on time, project oriented and provide us with great value in partnership.

They do awesome jobs removing pools as well as we have had them remove some pools for us recently. Its not an easy job to remove all of that concrete but they do an excellent work

Am happy to add 5 stars to the Bay Demo collection. Mateus and his crew removed my 27,000 gallon pool and took care of everything very well, including an excellent clean up. I had shopped around and learned their price was quite reasonable.
Special kudos to Marcos who fixed a sprinkler head issue (those Bobcats are heavy) and finished up the project by carefully removing anything electrical associated with the pool. He also dealt with the final inspection, and from what was written on the permit papers left with me, the City inspector seemed just as pleased as I am.
